As a religious institution, the school is permitted by law to prefer employing people of the Jewish faith where necessary to fulfill the mission of the school.
Employees are encouraged to report any instance of alleged discrimination or harassment to the Chief Financial Officer, who will in turn report to the Head of School.

The school strives to provide a professional atmosphere that promotes equal employment opportunities and avoids prohibited discriminatory practices, including harassment, as described further below.
