Flexible Payment Options

Golda Och Academy is pleased to provide with you with payment options for your child’s education. Please read through all the information below and contact us at (973) 602-3777 if you have any questions.

Payment Plan Options and Enrollment Fees

A.   Payment in full by June  15, through FACTS by automated bank payment (no fee) or by credit card (convenience fee applies).

B.   Two payments through FACTS

  • Payments are due in June and December
  • Payment plan enrollment fees payable directly to FACTS to administer the payment plan. 
    1. $15 per account if payment is through automatic bank payment
    2. $15 per account if payment is through credit card. The credit card processing company charges convenience fee of 2.5% separately from the enrollment fee charged by FACTS. The school does not receive this fee.

C. Twelve monthly payments through FACTS 

  • Payments due monthly June through May (enrollment deadline: May 15)
  • Payment plan enrollment fees payable directly to FACTS to administer the payment plan
    1. $41 per account if payment is through automatic bank payment
    2. $41 per account if payment is through credit card. The credit card processing company charges a convenience fee of 2.5% separately from the enrollment fee charged by FACTS. The school does not receive this fee.

E.   Tuition Refund Insurance
Golda Och Academy is pleased to offer optional tuition refund insurance, calculated at 2% of the tuition per child. This coverage must be elected at the time of enrollment and paid in full prior to the beginning of school.

This program provides the following coverage in the event of withdrawal:

  • 75% payment of unused tuition when a student is withdrawn for medical, mental or emotional reasons.
  • 75% payment of unused tuition when a student is asked to leave for disciplinary reasons,
    provided the student has attended more than the first fourteen consecutive days of the
    academic year.
  • 60% payment of unused tuition when a student voluntarily withdraws for non-medical
    reasons, provided the student has attended more than the first 14 consecutive days of
    school.
